I have been practicing psychotherapy in Manhattan for 20 years. In addition to fertility counseling, I work with individuals and couples dealing with depression, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also perform psychological evaluations for potential participants in Donor Oocyte programs. I emphasize supportive and concrete psychotherapy techniques. Most people come to treatment as a result of a crisis. After the crisis is resolved you may find that you have touched on deeper problems that affect your daily life, motivating you to continue the process.

Alternatively, you may feel confident with the tools you have gained at that point, and find closure. I have a deep respect for the client's needs and wishes. My approach always considers the client in his or her total social, physical, and psychological environment.
